Service Technician
to join our friendly NSW team.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate.Your role will include but is not limited to the installation of car washing equipment, minor and major repairs, troubleshooting, fault finding, and general maintenance on car wash systems.In joining the CWW Team you'll be part of a group of professionals who are passionate about their customers.

You will use initiative and be able to work on your own after completion of training, as well as work well within a team environment on larger projects.Must have an appreciation that we are in a partnership with our customers.
We go out of our way to ensure they are fully operational at all times & this can be outside of normal working hours and will include weekdays and weekends.Be invested in providing excellent customer service, be a great communicator & always be well presented on site.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Use a logical approach to solve technical issues.Installing equipment & hardware.Maintain reports & records.Apply Routine diagnostic procedures, identify & resolve malfunctions.Conduct preventative maintenance servicing & breakdown support on our car wash equipment to our network of customers.
This must be provided in a timely manner & to the highest standard.Ensure Carwash World's equipment is working to the highest level possible.Adhere to Carwash World's documentation procedures & internal communications.Maintain the supplied company vehicle, ensuring appropriate stock levels & placing orders via our Head Tech.ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:Excellent attention to detail with great diagnostic & analytical skills to ensure you can quickly identify an issue & fix it in a timely manner.Be able to maintain open & clear lines of communication between both customers & the CWW team; liaising with both the Head Technician & our Account Manager so they are aware of what is happening in the field.Must be physically fit; able to work on ladders, lift, push, pull etc.Must be happy to work outdoors, in a car wash environment.Must be willing to be on the road as/when required as
there will be travel all over NSW,
often requiring overnight stays.
There will be some travel interstate to QLD, SA or NT to assist the install team on jobs.Available to be on-call occasionally to cover issues that may fall on weekends or public holidays.Willing to work on your own in the field, as well as completing work with our team of technicians on larger projects.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Forklift licence (Highly regarded but not essential - must be willing to obtain).Electrical Connect/Disconnect (Highly regarded but not essential).Must have a solid grasp on technology/computers and software systems.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a field service technician?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you hold a current electrical licence?Are you available to work outside your usual hours when required?
