About your new role… Welcome to our EQS Field Service team! EQS is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the installation and servicing of CCEP's equipment for our valued customers. This includes installation, servicing, QA, and preventative maintenance of CCEP's wide range of equipment such as Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment and coffee machines. What will you be doing? Keeping yourself, your colleagues, our customers and our consumers safe at all times.Providing the best possible customer service.Providing quality service by ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visit.Providing service at the lowest sustainable cost.Adhering to standard processes and correct use of IT tools.Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skillsLet's talk about you! Electrical or Refrigeration Trade qualifications essentialBuild and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external customers.Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints.Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.Experience working on Refrigeration or Electrics (Beverage, vending machine, frozen equipment, coffee machines highly desirable).
