Field Service Technician

Responsibilities: Ensure that all repairs, maintenance and installs are completed according to the relevant Australian standards and specifications.Produce reports and quotations to customers, dispatch or service management as required.Assist the sales team with technical information, training and demonstrations when required.Complete repair documentation in accordance with procedures.Participate in an afterhours callout roster as required in each individual state.Provide accurate control of van stock in line with company policy.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Complete specified number of calls per day.Call backs less than 4 per month.Achieve the required FTF rate.Employee Experience (leadership, values & teamwork).Time To Invoice (what is the standard expected time?
).Tech Productivity (4 jobs per tech per day).Skills And Experience: Knowledge of the food equipment industry.Ability to read and interpret equipment wiring diagrams and servicing manuals.Knowledge of the commercial equipment industry or demonstrate the ability to learn the necessary skills.High level of problem solving and fault-finding ability to provide customers with the highest level of service.Required to have a high level of understanding relating to their specific trade qualification.Qualifications: Technicians require formal Trade Qualifications received from a recognized Australian institution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
