Complete preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on the full range of Gaming equipmentPerform equipment upgrades, modifications and game change conversionsWork with the team for installations and removal of gaming product as well as relocationsCapture and update all activities in SalesforceProvide technical and product information to customers to increase their knowledgeProvide a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectationsEnsuring all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirementsAbout YouYou are a trustworthy, self-starting logical thinker, looking to work as part of a close-knit high-performing team.
