In this position, your main responsibility will be providing service and repair for our beverage equipment across the Southeast Bay area, while also interacting with our valued customers to ensure an exceptional experience. You'll be a great fit for the role if you also possess the following:
5 years+ in a similar Field Service role (beverage industry would be highly regarded)Restricted Electrical LicenceAir Conditioning or Refrigeration LicenceValid Australian Driver's LicenseAbility to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances and effectively prioritise tasksStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide great customer careAn eagerness to learn and motivated to obtain new skillsA commitment to fostering a positive team culture within our organisationA strong dedication to safety, ensuring your own well-being along with the safety of those that you interact with dailyKey responsibilities include Service and repair of our beverage equipment including post-mix equipment and frozen carbonated beverage machines (training on industry-specific equipment will be provided)Being the face of Asahi Beverages providing best-in-class customer service to all our customers/suppliersActively solving problems and troubleshooting key issues as they ariseProviding fault finding/diagnostic services for our customers and quickly interpreting the correct course of actionCorrective and preventative maintenance of all equipment and problem analysis work to prevent ongoing issuesEnsuring that all company workplace health and safety policies, practices and procedures are always followed whilst on dutyResolution of any ad-hoc issues or appropriate escalation of the issue for resolution and follow upAsahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
