Field Service Technician

Key responsibilities include Service and repair of our beverage equipment including post-mix equipment and frozen carbonated beverage machines (training on industry specific equipment will be provided)Being the face of Asahi Beverages providing best-in-class customer service to all our customers/suppliersActively solving problems and troubleshooting key issues as they ariseProviding fault finding/diagnostic services for our customers and quickly interpreting the correct course of actionCorrective and preventative maintenance of all equipment and problem analysis work to prevent ongoing issuesEnsuring that all company workplace health and safety policies, practices and procedures are always followed whilst on dutyResolution of any ad-hoc issues or appropriate escalation of the issue for resolution and follow up
