Field Service Technician

About the RoleOur company is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician – Wide Format printing to work closely with our national professional service team within the Victoria region.

This role's core responsibility is providing high-end technical service, support, and training in wide format printers for customers within Melbourne and regional Victoria. A fully maintained company vehicle is provided and you may be required to travel overnight and interstate for this role.

Common backgrounds for this role will include technical people who have worked in the print, signage, and graphics industry as well as the pre-press industry. However, if you have technical service experience in another related industry or field, we encourage you to apply. To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:

Hold a qualification in electronic disciplines or similar

Strong aptitude for electro-mechanical repairs and diagnostics

Experience in service and repair of wide format printers, or a similar related industry would be advantageous

Dedicated person who is committed to providing excellent service and solutions to our customers

A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and who is keen to learn new systems and technology

An effective communicator to interpret technical information and relay this clearly to clients

Current Australian Driver's License – no restrictions

Work autonomously and as part of a national team

Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia
