What You'll DoAs a Field Technician you will play a crucial role in getting out on the road and visiting our customer venues for service calls as well as providing a full range of technical support.
You will be servicing our customers based around Warragul and the Inner Gippsland area.
Some key responsibilities include:
Complete preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on the full range of Gaming equipmentPerform equipment upgrades, modifications and game change conversionsWork with the team for installations and removal of gaming product as well as relocationsCapture and update all activities in SalesforceProvide technical and product information to customers to increase their knowledgeProvide a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectationsEnsuring all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements What We're Looking ForYou are a trustworthy, self-starting logical thinker, looking to work as part of a close knit high performing team.
