We currently seeking a Field Service Technician to serviceand maintain Honeywell and third party equipment, based in Launceston. The purpose of the role is to servicecustomer sites, maximise customer satisfaction and minimize customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.
KeyResponsibilities: Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including Diagnoses, repairs faults, programming and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control & Security systems as relevantOverseeing Technicians and sub-contractors to ensure work is completedServicing and maintaining Honeywell and third-party equipment, primarily Building Automation Systems and electronic security systemsNavigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfacesPre-sales support for implementation projectsKeyExperience and Capabilities: An appropriate Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronic qualification advantageous4+ years proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipmentDDC experience: - Knowledge of DDC and controls systemsElectrical experience:- Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switchingInstrumentation experience – Knowledge of instrumentation devises and control applicationsAbout Us The worldis changing.
