As a Field Service Technician, your focus will be responsible for servicing customer sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise) Configuration, diagnosis of faults, repairs, and programming of building services (e.g.
HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems) Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required Minor project management of service projects and small works Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces Key Experience & Capabilities:
Electrical and/or Electronic Technician or Equivalent 3+ years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment Strong BMS experience Electrical experience: Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching Instrumentation experience: Knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applications Who We Are
