Field Service Technician

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our Service team in the Albury area, providing service and technical support to clients in and around the region.
We are open to all levels of experience, and ideally, the candidate will have the ability to travel distances as required to service customers throughout the region.
Responsibilities: Service and maintenance of all gaming equipment located within clubs and pubsPreventative maintenance and installation of gaming machines and other related equipmentAssisting the sales force in product promotion and performanceAttendant training and customer liaisonRequirements: A gaming technician's licence for all jurisdictions covered in the service regionField, electrical, or electronics service or maintenance experienceCurrent Driver's LicenceGaming industry experienceSelf-motivated with the ability to work unsupervisedAbility to undertake physical demands required of the rolePossess excellent customer service and relationship-building skillsAvailable to work on call and weekendsComfortable working in a club environmentSeniority levelMid-Senior level
