Field Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic

Due to growth my client is currently recruiting for a Field Service Tech (Heavy Diesel Mechanic) to join their highly successful team.
Take the reins, look after and build designated territory for the Ivanhoe/Kew location!!!

7:30 - 4pm Monday to Friday Optional Overtime on Saturdays - you choose!!!!
Opportunity to grow the customer base as well as progression to move into other roles within the business $50 per hour + Overtime and usual benefits (ute, phone, laptop etc) Key Duties: Promptly attend breakdowns Efficiently plan, schedule and execute routine preventative maintenance Efficiently manage all allocated work schedules & tasks Complete in full, routine inspections, servicing & repairs, including ordering of parts Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the customer Report on labour and parts overruns or shortfalls Professionally engage with customers to build long lasting & high quality relationships To be successful: Hydraulic experience is required for this role Trade qualification - diesel mechanic Experience working with Trucks & Earth Moving Equipment Forklift license , High risk EWP / Scissor lift license and Truck license Working autonomously as well as under instruction Organized and able to meet deadlines Display a positive attitude and be an active member of the team Physically fit and able, light / moderate lifting is required So if this is the role you are wanting to sink your teeth into and you are capapble of running your own ship - apply now we would love to chat to you!!!!!!
