What You'll DoAs a Field Technician within deployments you will work at customer venues to install, covert, move & upgrade electronic gaming machines, you will provide a high standard of customer service and will interact with various stakeholders including customers, builders and electricians.
Some key responsibilities include:
Complete pre-install requirements including all admin related tasksEnsuring material required are available and correctly preparedConfirmation of the time/date of the work being carried out with the venuePreparation of vehicles with all required tools and materialsPerform equipment upgrades, modifications and game change conversionsWork with the team for installations and removal of gaming product as well as relocationsCapture and update all activities in SalesforceProvide a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations What We're Looking ForYou are a trustworthy, self-starting logical thinker, looking to work as part of a close-knit high-performing team.
You are coachable, a quick learner and are an absolute people person.
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethicEnjoy interacting with customers with the ability to build great relationshipsThe ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a teamHave a practical mindset and be able to think on your feetAn interest in Gaming machines would be an advantageEnjoy the challenge of fault finding to quickly diagnose and rectify at pace.Full driving licenseWorking hours for this role will generally be 6am-2pm.
