Field Service Technician/Deployment

What You'll Do As a Field Technician within deployments you will work at customer venues to install, covert, move & upgrade electronic gaming machines, you will provide a high standard of customer service and will interact with various stakeholders including customers, builders and electricians.
Some key responsibilities include:
Complete pre-install requirements including all admin related tasks Ensuring material required are available and correctly prepared Confirmation of the time/date of the work being carried out with the venue Preparation of vehicles with all required tools and materials Perform equipment upgrades, modifications and game change conversions Work with the team for installations and removal of gaming product as well as relocations Capture and update all activities in Salesforce Provide a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations What We're Looking For You are a trustworthy, self-starting logical thinker, looking to work as part of a close-knit high-performing team.
You are coachable, a quick learner and are an absolute people person.
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoy interacting with customers with the ability to build great relationships The ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team Have a practical mindset and be able to think on your feet An interest in Gaming machines would be an advantage Enjoy the challenge of fault finding to quickly diagnose and rectify at pace. Full driving license Working hours for this role will generally be 6am-2pm.
