Job Description Maintain, service and repair TOMRA's pioneering Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) installations and bulk processing equipment within SEQLD to ensure maximum uptime & customer satisfaction.
This role will focus on conveyors, sensors, motors, mobile comms and other equipment. Driving between locations is a large part of the role & so a clean driving record & love for being on the road is paramount. This is a highly autonomous position that would suit someone who enjoys working individually.
What you'll be doing: Servicing and maintaining installed equipment Reporting on service assignments and faults Installing kiosks and bulk processing equipment at new sites Providing excellent customer service to our partners and members of the public Analysing areas of potential improvement of products and reporting to local service team Undertaking cleaning of equipment Qualifications To be a successful Field Service Technician you will have: Certificate III level qualification in a trade (Electrical or Mechanical) OR proven experience that relates directly to the work carried out. Previous experience interacting face to face with customers on site Very strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities, especially in relation to mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment Experience in troubleshooting electronic equipment and be able to replace circuit boards, sensors and other electronic components Unrestricted driver's license and willing to submit a full driving history record Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends Additional Information Does this sound like you?!
