Providing our customers with exceptional service and support is at the heart of our business, our team are dedicated and hard-working and due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic new team member as a Field Service Technician.
Position Overview: As a field service technician, you will provide quality customer service, preventative maintenance, diagnostic analysis, repairs, and installation to a wide range of dental, sterilisation, plant and radiation equipment. You will also ensure that all job-related administrative tasks and job sheets, and quotations are kept up to date and professionally presented.

You possess the ability to work autonomously with a high attention to detail, solve problems efficiently, and collaborate effectively with others.
A trade certificate or equivalent experience in a field/workshop technical role would be desirable but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on various types of dental, sterilisation, plant and radiation equipment customer sites.Diagnose equipment malfunctions or technical issues, utilising problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.Update all job details in the CRM system to a high standard.Install new equipment at customer locations.Calibrate and adjust equipment to meet manufacturers' specifications and industry standards. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing service activities to minimise risks and ensure the safety of yourself and others. Additional to this you will have: Strong technical and mechanical aptitude Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Customer-focused with a professional demeanour. Ability to organise and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines and manage high workloads with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Hold a current Drivers Licence Ability to drive a manual vehicle
