Field Service Specialist

Looking for an experienced Substation Technician preferably with relevant electrical licenses in Australia.
You are required to mainly perform pre-defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer equipment.
How You'll Make an Impact Performs mainly pre-defined, technical tasks (for example, basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering, maintenance jobs) and work packages on-site and remotely.
Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.
Coordinates and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment.
Supports in generating sales leads for pre-defined service offers and contributes to planning activities.
Adheres to defined processes and applicable regulations.
Perform Installation works of High Voltage (66k V and greater) Apparatus (Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors, Transformers, GIS).
Perform Maintenance works on range of electrical apparatus (LV, MV and HV).
Perform Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Control and Protection works on MV and HV Apparatus.
Perform Standard Documentation Tasks (Generation of Safe Work Method Statements, Site Reports, Standard Siemens Protocols, Modification of Electrical Schematics).
What You Bring Full Electrical Licence (State based).
Experience working in substations and with Installation, Pre-Commissioning and Maintenance of MV and HV Apparatus.
Drivers Licence.
EWP High Licence.
Safe work at heights.
CPR and first Aid.
Ability to Travel for work to remote locations (domestic and international) for periods of time as per the requirements of the business.
Full working rights in Australia.
