Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities:
Manages and coordinates the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishing of goals and performance objectives for assigned department. Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment. Manage budget and expenditures. Complete field service transactions. Complete requisitions for needed supplies and equipment. Ensure field service customer satisfaction. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
Job Requirements/ Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years' experience in a related field desired. Behavioral competencies:
Action oriented. Goal driven. Strong team building, training and leadership skills Organizing, Priority Setting and Process Management Skills Effectively utilize interpersonal and consensus building skills. Ability to motivate and influence others. Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and in a fast paced, potentially high stress environment. Effectively communicates with customers; manages customer expectations. Technical Competencies:
MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project) Cross trained in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or controls disciplines, with knowledge of NOV Drilling Equipment and equipment operations. Preferred working experience in Reliability, Availability, Maintenance and Safety (RAMS) and application of FEMCAs (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) strategies for predictive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance optimization.
