Field Service Engineer Technician Electrical

Duties & responsibilities:

Assist with installing and commissioning filling and packaging equipment at customer sites
Troubleshooting, inspecting and identifying equipment issues
Performing preventive maintenance
Providing technical support for part sales, service and maintenance work for internal staff and customers
Communicating and updating appropriate customer operations on maintenance activities and other technical issues to maintain good relationship with customers

Skills & experience:

A current Australian electrical licence (preferred)
A minimum of two years of experience in the food & beverage industry
Experience in Krones quality inspection system or similar (preferred)
A willingness to travel extensively in Australia and overseas
Proficiency in English
