As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing customer sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise). The configuration and programming of HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third-Party Systems.Diagnosing faults and repairs on HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and third-party Systems.Software load and configuration of EBI Systems and other systems, as required.Roll out, deployment and ongoing support of OBS/Connected Services technologies.Leading Small to Medium project installations including managing subcontractors, financial control and ordering of parts/materials as required.Key Experience & Capabilities: Relevant Engineering or IT degree.4+ years engineering Industry experience / background – BMS / HVAC / Security / control systems.ICT & Networking skills and knowledge of Cyber Security (desirable).Strong technical skills and broad exposure to technical issues.Able to hold/Maintain Government security clearance if required.Defence experience desirable.Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
