The opportunity… As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and calibrating ophthalmic equipment across various medical facilities. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, clinicians, and support staff to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
Responsibilities:Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on ophthalmic devices.Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues promptly.Perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent equipment downtime.Document service activities accurately and maintain service records.Participate in equipment installations and upgrades.About you...
