The opportunity… As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and calibrating ophthalmic equipment across various medical facilities. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, clinicians, and support staff to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
Responsibilities:Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on ophthalmic devices.Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues promptly.Perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent equipment downtime.Document service activities accurately and maintain service records.Participate in equipment installations and upgrades.About you... Are you a skilled Field Service Technician with a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork is essential? If so, you may be ideal for this role.
Experience required: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.Experience servicing Ophthalmology devices will be highly regarded.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.Interested?
