Do something that moves you. This role will see you install, maintain and repair Bayer and distributor products within the modalities of CT/CV, MRI and molecular imaging on-site in WA.
In addition, you will manage and develop customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Role and ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair all defective products – primarily on-site and at the Service HubInstall new products and provide training as neededMaintain effective customer and distributor relationshipsPromote and support the Certification & Quality Assurance program – DirectCAREWork with internal stakeholders to develop and evaluate State and National key account plansActively seek product and business improvement insights from our customersMaintain accurate service reports and customer recordsDoes this sound like you?
