Driven to provide high-level customer service and medical devices that are innovative.About the opportunityIn this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and service of medical devices at customer sites throughout New South Wales.DutiesCo-ordinate & conduct installations.Equipment maintenance, repair and breakdown support at customer sites throughout NSW.Perform service and contract service maintenance of all customer equipment on site.Train customers on new equipment.Customer liaison to meet agreed service levels and response time frames.Build strong business relationships externally and internally.Provision of product quality feedback from field to management.Skills and ExperienceQualification in Biomedical Engineering or related field is essential.Experience working in a field service engineering role is essential.Experience servicing hi-tech medical equipment, imaging, optical or laser equipment is ideal.Ability to carry out calibration and alignment of hi-tech medical devices is required.Strong learning agility with the ability to pick up in new service skills and technical products quickly.Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Customer service focused with the ability to build respectful and trusting business relationships.Ability to organise and prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines.Works with a sense of urgency.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.A current driver's license and own vehicle is essential.Ability to travel locally and interstate.CultureSupportive, team orientated, invested in training and developing their team members.How to ApplyClick apply or contact Michelle Vermaak on for a confidential discussion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
