We are currently seeking two motivated and passionate Field Service Engineers – Infection Control to join our Service Team in Queensland.
One of these roles could potentially be based in Central Queensland if the right candidate is based there, the other role is based in Brisbane.
You will be responsible for conducting Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for Getinge equipment based at our customer sites, creating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and supporting other Getinge Field Service Engineers as necessary.
In this role you will be responsible for: Supporting installations of Getinge capital equipment;Troubleshooting issues which present occasionally in equipment, and ensure that the product is returned to a fully functional level enabling the customer to continue their business operations;Liaise with the Getinge Service Co-ordination team prior to attending customer sites; ensuring that you are effectively prepared to resolve the customer's issues;Completing Service Documentation within a mobile device.Skills and Experience: We are looking for candidates who love working as part of a team; enjoy a role where no day is the same, and want to make a difference to others.
If you have: A Grade Electrical licence (Mandatory requirement);A mechanical aptitude;A valid Driver's Licence;Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, ideally in the MedTech sector;A proven track record of going above and beyond for others;Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation;The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and as part of a team.This is a role that requires you to be physically active, on the road, and in control of your own patch of the business.
