Based in Adelaide, your day-to-day activities will focus on supporting technical services and support to customers of our medical devices & instrumentation equipment.
You will be fundamentally responsible for providing ongoing post-sales support, enabling you to apply your expertise around how equipment, software, consumables, and accessories combine to create a solution that meets our client's needs.The successful applicant will come from an electrical & mechanical service background and possess good technical skills.
Technicians working on industrial equipment and electrical or mechanical fitters are encouraged to apply.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Installation, Commissioning, Validation, and Servicing of In Vitro's medical equipment & product portfolioDiagnosis and repair of mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment pertaining to said portfolioConduct preventative maintenance and break-down repairs at customer sitesCustomer liaison and reporting of equipment servicing and breakdown supportMaintaining safe work environments and following safe operational practicesMaintaining and reporting on spare part holdings, inventory, and usageSafety & Regulatory complianceABOUT YOU:Electrical, Electronic trade, or Mechanical trades with a Disconnect/Reconnect Licence (or willing to obtain)Experience with Hospital CSSD equipment - Instrument washers, sterilisers, and endoscope reprocessing is preferredExperience working within a quality-certified environment covering electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical equipment typesCustomer-service focused and willing to engage with key accountsTechnically astute with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and educational mannerWilling to be 'on-the-road' and hands-on where requiredCurrent SA drivers LicenceHave or willingness to obtain a working with children check (WWCC) and conduct a full criminal background checkBENEFITSCareer progression opportunitiesMentorship and training providedExperienced and high-performing management teamSalary sacrificing and novated leasing (including tools-of-the-trade)Banking partnerships – including financial, budgeting and mortgage adviceDiscounts at over 100 retailers (including groceries and fuel)Car servicing, parts and accessories discounts – plus new car discountsNEXT STEPSInterested applicants should APPLY NOWDepending on the role, the recruitment process may vary slightly; this may include a phone interview, face-to-face interview, skills-based assessment, pre-employment medical and of course, an opportunity to meet the team.To view positions from In Vitro or to learn more about our work, please visit - invitro.com.au/careersABOUT THE COMPANYIn Vitro Technologies is a Scientific and Medical distribution company specialising in the sale and support of scientific, clinical diagnostic, medical and related products.
