Field Service CoordinatorCompany : Hastings Deering (Australia) LtdStart something BIG, enhance your career with CAT and work with an amazing team!If you're ready for a change of scene and you're interested in working with a specialist team that work on a variety of machinery across different sites, look no further!About the role:We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Field Service Coordinator to join our team.Your key responsibilities will include:Provide a high quality, cost effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints.Ensures segments are closed with appropriate parts, labour and miscellaneous booked to the job to ensure accurate customer invoicing.Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency in conjunction with the Service Supervisor.Follow up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests with the Service Supervisor.Accurately encode all documentation relevant to AX as required by the Service Supervisor.Ensure labour hours have been correctly encoded and that any missing labour hours are accounted for on a daily basis.Action tasks relating to outside purchase orders as requested by the Service Supervisor.Prepare and close segments on completion of work.Assist in the development of accurate customer estimate repairs when required and is delivered to the customer through AX.Responsible to be active with the Caterpillar Production Systems Service Operation Development and Assessment (SODA) as a team member and demonstrate input to improvements annually.Effectively and accurately manage SIP/WIP and accurately forecast invoicing expectations.WHAT'S ON OFFERA rewarding career with diverse opportunitiesA competitive remuneration packageA company funded income protection schemeEmployee Assistance Program for employees and their familiesDiscounts on private health, vehicles, travel and moreWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou will bring the following skills and experience to the role:Qualifications in Business Administration is desirableExperience working within a service orientated environmentKnowledge of CAT / HDAL products and servicesUnderstanding of job workflow processesAdvanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics AXImpeccable attention to detail in your workAbility to work with minimal supervision while providing exceptional service to our internal and external customersProven stakeholder and customer engagement with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalismAre you looking for the next step in your Hastings Deering career?
