Field Service Coordinator

National Forklift & Access Solutions is a family owned and run business based in Pakenham. We currently have a team of field service mechanics working all over Victoria and a team of mechanics based in our Pakenham workshop. We pride ourselves on our wonderful team of staff and great team environment. This role will be a full time position with moderately flexible hours for the right person. Salary is also negotiable.
Qualifications & experience Experience within a similar service scheduling role would be an advantageConfident computer knowledge for use of our in house programsFantastic customer service skills and a great phone mannerTasks & responsibilities Booking and Scheduling of field service repairs and breakdownsLiaise with customers and have a fantastic phone manner and customer service skillsManaging our team of field service mechanics in their day to day jobs Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
