The Opportunity An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and motivated individual to join our Service team based in the Dandenong branch. As the Field Service Coordinator, this role will see you organising the day-to-day Field Service Department activities within the Victorian division, including planning work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction.
Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Booking and scheduling all Field Service works for Victoria as well as managing invoicing and work in progressMaintaining a high level of customer communicationEnsuring safety and efficiency of field service techniciansEnsuring effective utilisation of equipment and resources in line with customer requirements and agreed budgetsPreparing and updating work orders and timesheets in a timely manner, maintaining documentation and warranty claims with 100% accuracyAs the ideal candidate, you will have: Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Scheduler/Planner or similar roleA strong customer service background with exposure to earthmoving or similar industries preferredAbility to demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills while managing your time efficiently within a high-paced work environmentExperience in coordinating the opening and closing of service informationA strong ability to handle several tasks simultaneously with an ambition for achieving successBenefits - What's in it for you?
