The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Coordinator to join our team at our newly opened Queen Street office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of services provided by our contractors. As the primary contact for contractors, this full-time position focuses on ensuring services are delivered on schedule and to our high standards. Exceptional communication skills are essential. 
Key Responsibilities: Live Support: Act as the primary support for contractors via phone and text, addressing questions or concerns in real time.Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate the quality of completed jobs to ensure they meet our established standards.Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth operation of services and verify that all tasks are completed accurately.Scheduling Management: Coordinate and manage scheduling and rescheduling with contractors to optimize workflow and meet client needs. Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Prior experience in a field service or coordination role is required.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Proficiency in communication tools and scheduling software.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Proven experience in a high-volume scheduling environment.Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
