As a  Field Service Consultant , you will be responsible for our exclusive customer located in multiple sites and will regularly travel to other regions across QLD and Northern New South Wales. You will work with restaurant licensees and their teams to improve the efficiency of deliveries, storage optimisation and ordering systems to meet customer expectations.If you are someone who enjoys being a proactive and collaborative problem solver with impeccable customer service skills and interacting with clients daily- this is the right opportunity for you!About the Role:Foster and maintain a positive relationship with the client at all levels and complete planned visitation schedules in accordance with service level agreementsAssess restaurant storage requirements and capabilities and recommend appropriate improvementsIn conjunction with management and the Quality Assurance (QA) Team, ensure compliance with all QA, food safety and related programs to maintain product integrity and food safetyAssist the Customer with delivery management issues such as delivery windows, agreed delivery methods and follow up/investigate complaints concerning deliveriesAssist with the investigation and resolution process of customer/restaurant/product complaintsConduct Health Checks, delivery observations, back-office maintenance, and ad hoc visits.Assist with investigations, monitoring and resolution of company credit notes and contribute as an active member of the product recovery teamAbout You:Client Relationship or Account Management experience preferably within the FMCG/Food / Retail industryMust hold a current drivers' license and have a good driving recordSound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.Ability to engage with all levels of key stakeholders across the businessGood influencing skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely mannerBe a self-starter who can manage your own time and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environmentRegional / overnight stays will be required from time to timeTraining and Development:We understand the importance of ongoing growth and development.
