An opportunity currently exists for a Field Sales Representative to join our growing sales team on a full-time permanent basis. We are looking for team members who can maximise sales opportunities by identifying prospects and driving business growth that aligns to our strategic Business Plans whilst living and amplifying our values in the Gold Coast/Tweed Coast area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Achieving business objectives including sales volume, net and gross margin targets. Creating solutions for customers based on robust understanding of their business goals and pain points, anchoring to market and consumer insights. Identifying growth opportunities and creating relationships and sales plans to achieve them. Operationally maintaining good sales practices including managing pricing, profit maximisation, reporting and moving data to actionable insights. Being part of a team that lives and amplifies our values across our company and network. Managing and addressing customer concerns and queries where necessary. The ideal candidate will have: Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or similar would be highly regarded. Bakery qualification or experience within retail, independent supermarket or bakery industry, highly regarded. Ability to effectively negotiate promotional activity and implement at store level. Ability to manage a CRM call cycle. Proven commercial acumen gained through account management experience. Excellent business disciplines and project management skills. High level of analytical, conceptual, presentation and communication (oral and written) skills. Accountability for results with a client orientation. Able to communicate with managers and operatives at all levels and a proven team player across organisational lines.
