Field Sales Rep / Perth & Regional / Established Territory to Grow$80,000 + Super + $10k Car Allow + Monthly Comms
You'd be walking into a territory with a strong brand presence, customers of many years loyalty but with the support, encouragement and incentives to grow further. The reality is the territory has performed well but it can do even better. Customers know the brand and the business nationally is generating higher and higher numbers through a carefully developed sales strategy.

I'm representing the ANZ region of a mature global group in the payments space which means you're in safe hands, a thriving sector and one which will financially reward your performance.
What you'll be considering with this role is stepping into a solid territory with strong leadership, clarity on your commission every month and learning a new product so many people need.
The Business & Culture: I've been working very closely with the leadership team since 2021, hiring key roles with the aim of both boosting their sales, brand and presence AND creating a culture where people are encouraged to think for themselves.
It starts at the top - the country manager believes everyone should be given the room, scope and support to make their own decisions, develop their own strategies and be rewarded in transparent fashion.
Everyone I've placed across the business (8 roles and counting) has grown, fed back they really enjoy the refreshing approach to being treated like a human first and feel empowered to be responsible for their outcomes.
Their HQ is in Sydney CBD and although this role is geographically far, they make a huge effort to include all the territorial employees and quarterly sales trips to Sydney really help reinforce that as well as build relationships with other sales people.
What we need from You: A stable work history in street sales (walking a territory and cold calling on independent businesses) and consistently hitting KPI's.A "relationship first" approach to sales - how you build trust and develop a prospect then look after it post-conversion.Evidence of how you collaborate with marketing to develop acquisition, retention and growth strategies for customers.An ability to manage a territory with some regional towns thrown in and do it efficiently and effectively.Please apply if this fits your background and motives.
