The OpportunityThis role of Field Sales Manager, Gold Coast offers something unique and career defining. Joining in our build phase, you will build your team from the ground up and play a key role in establishing work processes that best serve your team to achieve sales targets, grow & promote our product range, whilst exploring new business opportunities!
Key responsibilities will include: Lead, mentor, motivate and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve and exceed their monthly & annual financial objectives (generally a team of 7-10 TM's)Lead the team to execute against Suntory's Category, Channel and Customer strategiesLead the team to deliver against their Customer Contact matrix and drive value to their called-on universe of On Premise and Off Premise customersSupport the team in growing new business in the on premiseDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to expand distribution, visibility and share of brands to increase revenueLead the team to flawlessly execute key innovation and NPD initiatives in tradeBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry associationsCoach and provide timely feedback to team members on individual and team development objectives as well as career role progressionChampion Safety and ensure everyone gets home safe every dayChampion and bring to life by example Suntory's leadership spirits and behaviours.What's in your toolkitWith a strong track record of success in a similar leadership role, you will have exceptional coaching skills and experience in leading and inspiring your team to deliver strong results. You will have a proven ability to manage targets, build new accounts with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. With a strong analytical capability to help you navigate sales data into actionable insights. Experience within the Liquor industry is highly advantageous.
