The Role
As the Field Sales Manager you will inspire a national team of BDMs to grow, enhance and strengthen speciality/independent retail customer partnerships. Based in Brisbane you will work closely with your team to develop customer acquisition strategies while enhancing your internal partnerships to ensure a holistic business approach. With a focus on coaching your team to deliver high performance outcomes, you will work closely with national retail partners to realise all commercial objectives.
You will be exposed to deep product training and play a significant strategic role in enhancing all customer partnership initiatives.
