Water industry experience is not required as full product training is provided.With exciting new products hitting the Australian market for the first time, a new position, Field Sales Manager (Brisbane), has been created.
We are looking for a driven individual who can deliver on personal sales targets while recruiting, training, and managing a small team.Based from their Mansfield office, you will be the driving force responsible for building, mentoring, training, and motivating our sales teams while leading by example.An ability to build a strong rapport with customers and staff alike is imperative.Reporting to the sales manager based in Sydney, you will be responsible for:Learning the ropes and achieving personal sales targets in a face-to-face business sales environment.Staff training and development to ensure staff performance meets company standards of excellence.Implementing procedures that have been introduced and pre-approved by management.Ensuring higher efficiency, better service, and thus improving overall customer satisfaction.Managing and reporting on weekly and monthly performance.Working closely with the local Brisbane service manager and team.Requirements:Successful previous experience as a sales rep consistently meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in a B2B environment.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.Proven ability to complete the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense.Excellent training, coaching, and leadership skills.Effective time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Salary and Incentives:Base salary $80,000 + Super + Bonuses.
