Job Description:
Formulate and implement Customer Strategy and Plans; Annual and Quarterly. Deliver the Operating Plan, through range management, and execution of customer plans. Facilitate cross functional collaboration between sales and marketing (communication, teamwork and relationships). Analyze sales data, manipulating it to identify growth opportunities. Implementing data analysis & relationships to identify and act on opportunities across the 3M range – entrepreneurial thinking. Training and coaching of field representatives. Territory planning & execution. Building and maintaining strong relationships at stores with Management Teams and customer cross functional influencers. Communicate competitor activity, including risk and opportunities to the Account Managers and Channel Marketers. Coordinate and facilitate all stores events and trade shows to drive incremental sales and build brand awareness. Qualifications:
Graduate high school or above. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of formulating and implementing customer strategies and plans. Experience in territory planning and execution. Experience in data analysis and identifying growth opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships with management teams and customer influencers. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and facilitate events and trade shows. Worker Type: Permanent
