Field Sales Engineer, Victoria (North/West) & Tasmania Job Purpose: Develop Pepperl+Fuchs brand and key product awarenessDevelop an aggressive market presenceEstablish and maintain sound relationships with key and strategic customersMajor Accountabilities: Develop and build new business, as well as maintain strong relationship with key / strategic customers in assigned regionsMaintain existing customer whilst expanding into new sales areas and developing new customersIdentify new market opportunities and determine the most effective and suitable methods of converting those opportunities to salesEnsure CRM systems are updated with activities and opportunities in accordance with Company expectationsProvide reliable and timely activity information through the reporting, monitoring and analysis of trendsMaintain effective and efficient customer service support using internals Sales Admin team along with Inter-Company support structuresAchieve and where possible exceed agreed sales targets in accordance with annual Budget projectionsDevelop, maintain and nurture viable sales channel and partnersRequirements: Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic & Sales or Trade qualified with proven sales experienceSound knowledge of the Victorian industrial market and demonstrated successful sales achievements to dateSales oriented and results driven with a drive for business development; must possess a "Hunter" mindsetBackground in sensors or factory / process automation highly regardedSelf-motivated individual, relationship builder, hands-on and leads by exampleA communicator who is flexible, adaptable and confidentPositive, energetic and motivated to achieveAutonomous and Self leadership style importantWillingness to periodically travel to assigned region as per business needsThen we would like to meet you.
