The Field Sales and Service Representative will work within a broad range of industries.
The territory you will be servicing is Sydney CBD, however you may need to cover other Sydney metropolitan areas.
Our salary package includes a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, and potential quarterly paid bonuses.
The successful candidate will also receive full Occupational First Aid training.
Key responsibilities: Restocking first aid kits that include cleaning kits, removal of expired or damaged content, replacing product and selling in new product lines to ensure kits comply with WHS Code of Practice requirementsContributing to the business growth, success and achievement of agreed sales budgetsResponsibility for the sales of St John products and services to existing and new corporate customersPromotion of services and products including, defibrillators and first aid trainingConducting first aid assessments and inspecting first aid roomsProvision of advice to customer on WHS Codes of Practice complianceBuilding positive customer relationships and professional service to both internal and external customersOur Ideal Candidate will have: Demonstrated ability in managing a territory and achieving KPIs and sales targetsExcellent sales and relationship building capabilitiesEnergy and commitment to delivering a premium service to customersDemonstrated experience working toward individual and team targetsIs a team player and enjoys working in a teamExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressureA record of successful sales results and outcomes in business to business salesPC and administration skills to use our CRM and cloud-based softwareAble to demonstrate empathy with the ethos of the organisationAble to work effectively within a commercial and not-for-profit cultural environmentCurrent NSW driver's licence with a checkable driving recordAbout St John Ambulance NSW: Every day, Australians are at risk of illness, injuries and potentially life-threatening situations at home, in the workplace and the community.
