Position Summary
Your objective is to deliver category growth with all our customers through:
Selling against commercial and customer plans to ensure securing of ranged displays and promotional support of our brand Sell with insights to influence all potential sales drivers such as share of shelf, ranging, front of store, off location and front-end execution. Key Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with relevant category and store managers to grow accounts Manage call cycle that reflects customer requirements and grading Daily general reporting on call cycle visits for in-store activities, feedback and insights Communicate promotional cycle to the customer and prompt orders for current promotional activity Reply to and actively pursue leads to secure new business and grow the customer base Execution and maintenance of relevant planogram for customers (where applicable) Utilise marketing assets to build displays Identify and execute in-store opportunities where products can be ranged for an ideal MYMC destination Ensure details on the CRM are kept up to date and are managed accurately Review of weekly/quarterly state performance against weekly/quarterly targets Review drop-off/hibernation customers weekly to identify sales opportunities and pursue Report any QA concerns back to the manager in a timely manner General sales support to the senior sales consultants while gaining insights into key account management Skills & Experience: Experience within client/customer service (can be retail) A passion for health, fitness and food is a must Tertiary education Hungry and driven to build a sales career Strong communication skills Sociable and enjoy building relationships with people Achievement oriented Area covered: Canberra ACT & Surrounding NSW
