Assist with or develop and execute captivating programs tailored to each child's unique interests and needs.Foster a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to explore.Maintain open channels of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns with care.Collaborate seamlessly with the whole Centre team to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.Continuously observe and/or assess children's development, adapting, and contributing to our programming based on their evolving needs.You : Hold an ACECQA-approved qualification relevant to the role you're applying for.Bring working knowledge of learning frameworks, NQF, and Child Safe Standards to the table.Shine in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with children, families, and colleagues.Have a proven track record of creating vibrant, engaging learning environments.Show unwavering passion for igniting a lifelong love of learning in young minds.What You'll Receive : Sign-on bonus of $1k - $5k (role dependent and tax free!)
