About the role We're looking for a Casual Field Representative to join the Retail Select Team and provide a range of services in the hardware and gardening departments to service Bunnings stores in the Gold Coast area. You will work with our products across Dulux, Selleys, Yates, and Cabots to continue to grow and win in the marketplace. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
In this autonomous role, you will play a key role in enabling our sales teams to execute their roles, support their in-store strategies, and provide the best possible shopping experience for our consumers. You will also have the opportunity to understand our marketing fundamentals from the ground up. Although this is a casual role, there are multiple pathways for development into other businesses within the DuluxGroup and/or full-time roles.
This is a casual role, so days will vary (including weekends at times); however, we are currently looking to cover approx. 13 hours per week. There may also be the opportunity for more hours across different business areas in the DuluxGroup, and you'll assist with holiday and sick leave cover when needed; flexibility is vital in this role.
Please note: Due to the nature of merchandising, this position can be somewhat physically challenging from time to time.
