About the role We're looking for a Casual Field Representative to join the Retail Select Team and provide a range of service options to the Bunnings store in Alice Springs that enable our Dulux, Cabot's, Selleys, and Yates brands to continue to grow and win in the marketplace. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.
The focus of the role is to deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements and to support, train, and deliver in-store projects. You will be an in-store ambassador for our business and build strong relationships with both the Bunnings and the DuluxGroup teams.
In this autonomous role, you will play a key role in enabling our sales teams to execute their roles, support their in-store strategies, and provide the best possible shopping experience for our consumers. You will also have the opportunity to understand our marketing fundamentals from the ground up.
