Our Operations Support Officer's key purpose is to provide administrative support to the wider team, branch or division. As part of the newly developed team, you will report to the Operations Support Team Lead and provide administrative duties including record keeping, data entry, customer enquiries and bookings. You will have an essential role in supporting a range of administrative activities for a variety of stakeholders.
As the Operations Support Officer, you will be given an opportunity to elevate your career in a business that revolutionising the world of energy. 
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare and organise documents including minutes, reports and correspondence. Assist with audits, investigations, and inspections. Organise and record tools, equipment, and materials. Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and payments. Process and maintain data entry and record management for a range of purposes including project facilitation, training, authorisations, time entry and roster support as required. Manages a range of communication channels including phone, email and postal services. To be successful, you will have:
Established interpersonal and negotiation skills and experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholder groups. Recognised excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Highly evident communication skills both written and oral. Strong track record of initiating, driving, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in managing a support function servicing a range of stakeholders. Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office and systems. Grow with Ausgrid  To continue building on our rich heritage, we actively invest in our people's development through secondments, onsite training, mentoring circles, e-learning, Australian Graduate School of Management programs (UNSW) and study assistance.
