Description: Monitor real-time field activities and adjust schedules as necessary to meet customer needs and ensure timely completion of service jobs.Communicate job details, including location, customer contact information, and service requirements, to field technicians accurately and promptly.Optimise schedules to maximise efficiency, reducing operational costs where possible.Handle customer enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner, working towards swift resolution.Collaborate with field technicians and other relevant departments to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.Supervise/manage all administrative tasks, such as quoting, invoices and approving time sheets.Manage the maintenance of the Mackay office, company vehicles, and equipment.Skills and Experiences: What are we looking for? 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, scheduling and coordinating field staff.Motivated, customer-focused, and skilled administrator with a mining or heavy industry background.Strong experience developing trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Experience using an ERP system, ideally SAP.Proven ability to plan and prioritise work.Safety-focused mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
