Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing and leading staff involved in critical forest and fire operations? Join our elite team as a Field Operations Supervisor! In this position, you'll oversee the implementation of plans and programs whilst ensuring safe work practices and effective deployment of workcentre staff. We are seeking proactive and well-organised individuals to join our team.
As a Field Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the leadership and day-to-day management of staff engaged in forest and fire operations. Your expertise in operational forest management, emergency response, and staff management will be instrumental in delivering a wide range of operational tasks and fire prevention activities.

Minimum Requirements: Applicants must hold a current manual Drivers Licence (conditions A, I & V not acceptable for employment). Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications: Experience in managing works programs in one or more of the following: planned burning, unsealed road management, or other operational forest management activities including experience in management of staff.Experience and understanding of forest firefighting techniques, the Australian Interagency Incident Management System, and other emergency response activities.This position is ongoing, available in the regional location of Mount Rowan, Victoria. You'll have the chance to explore and protect stunning landscapes whilst earning a competitive salary ranging from $75,361 to $82,298 per annum, plus superannuation.
