We are driven by the vision to be the leading name in remote hospitality, delivering excellence in people, food and service.The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for the support and supervision of the Camp Managers and Field Staff as well as overseeing day to day operations of TCLH managed sites on a 14 days on/ 14 days off roster.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive support to Camp Managers and Field StaffConduct site visits and audits as required by TCLH Management or Directors to uphold operational standards in the field.Assist field staff with camp mobilisations, moves, shutdowns, and demobilisations, coordinating with camp providers, subcontractors, and clients.Mentor and coach field staff and camp managers on performance and relationship management to enhance team dynamics and operational efficiency.Step in to provide hands-on operational support, including working alongside chefs, managers, or camp attendants when necessary.Liaise with client representatives, suppliers, and project stakeholders to address needs and ensure seamless operations in remote locationsAttend management meetings with staff, clients, or stakeholders as required, whether remotely or in-person while on site.Ensure compliance with various contractual requirements and scopes across the fleet of camps.About YouYou are a motivated and energetic operations support professional with a strong background in remote camp settings.
