A new opportunity exists for a professional and driven team member to join the Applied Medical team as a Field Operations Coordinator, on a full-time permanent capacity.

About this role:
Internally known as a Field Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing professional, efficient and timely administration support to the company's internal and external Field Operations team as required in line with organisational requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:

Provide administrative support to Field Operations team and representatives
Support and facilitate all operational inputs of field events, activities, conferences and workshops aligned with timeframes, budgets and expectations
Ensure both internal and external stakeholders receive excellent, timely advice, guidance and service
Support processes related to field requests and initiatives
Create and monitor surgeon agreements
Establish campaigns for workshops and tradeshows
Manage shared calendar for approved events
Facilitate event coordination and meetings, liaising with various external vendors
Support business travel procedures, solutions and activities
Review, coordinate and facilitate field inventory management - create quotations & evaluations for process orders of stock and ensure stock and inventory is replenished
Provide operational support to Customer Relations team as and when required
Order, compile and print certificates, flyers, event agendas, brochures and any stationery necessary for meetings, events, trade shows, training and workshops
Working within and actively promoting Applied's corporate strategies, policies, procedures and code of conduct
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by Leadership

About You:

Experience in Administration/office management and coordination in a Field Operations environment (preferred but not essential)
Previous use of SAP in a similar environment (preferred but not essential)
Demonstrated experience providing customer service to a Field Operations team in either a medical or healthcare environment (preferred but not essential)
High level of computer literacy working with MS Office Suite and data management software, taking a proactive approach to learning on the job
Ability to work flexibly with various work demands within a fast-paced environment
Excellent planning and organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to be task-focused, work with limited supervision and display excellent time management skills, drive and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Excellent professional written and oral communication skills
Ability to take initiative, problem solve with confidence and maturity
Enjoy collaborating in a small team and build rapport with various internal & external stakeholders
