Field Operations Administrator - Anp

Reporting to the two TPS Resource Managers based in Perth, provide dedicated operational to support to more than 50 FSEs from Australia and Papua New Guinea. This role coordinates with two other support personnel to ensure timely, accurate and effective support to Field Operations across Australia and Papua New Guinea.Specific tasks performed collectively by this role and the other two personnel include, but are not limited to the tasks outlined below.Collaborate each week with TPS Florence Team to validate FSE worked hours each week. Conduct regular investigations to understand discrepancies between recorded hours and actual worked hours. Work to ensure that records are accurate, thereby helping to ensure that reported financial performance figures for TPS are accurate.Maintain accurate and current records of all FSE training and High-Risk Work (HRW) Licenses. Obtain current copies of these HRW Licenses on file for use during FSE mobilization processes. Identify when HRW Licenses are about to expire and then ensure that the FSEs in question re-sit the HRW testing and obtain renewed licenses.
