Field Marketing Specialist, Western Sydney

The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) supports the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) in building the local face of Red Bull across Western Sydney in the most relevant way, in line with global and national strategies and priorities.
They collaborate with the FMM and internal stakeholders to establish local field networks, encompassing scene experts and opinion leaders across both online platforms and in person.The FMS plays a crucial role in creating and implementing marketing initiatives across the four key pillars of the marketing mix: Student Marketing, Sports, Culture, and Red Bull Media Network.
They leverage opportunities in On Premise, Off Premise, and New Business channels, tailoring strategies to meet local needs and specificities.
By doing so, they effectively engage with local consumers, influencing their preferences and behaviors, which in turn drives the successful growth of the business.
