Field Marketing Specialist, ANZ Location: Sydney, Australia Work mode: Office-based OR Hybrid Position Summary: As a key member of the Regional Marketing team, the primary responsibility for this role is driving pipeline to enable sales to achieve new business growth targets in target segments and geography. You will work across the organization to develop an effective go-to-market strategy and execute integrated campaigns using Marketing Automation and Demand Generation tools to increase pipeline. As a pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with the Team Lead and cross-functional teams to position Bentley as the preferred Infrastructure Engineering Software company in the region. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, ANZ. Your Day-to-Day: Recommend, plan and execute local marketing content and programs with a focus on generating pipeline and improving brand recognition of the Bentley brand and specific products where relevant. Execute on the Go-To-Market plans to support market opportunities and sales priorities, including planning and management processes, event support, and digital campaign execution. Oversee the development of localized content and workflow processes to support sales and regional programs; participate in overall sales strategy to support growth regions. Maintain an up-to-date Regional Programs schedule for the Go-to-Market strategy, involving the full use of the marketing mix including online and print advertising, physical and virtual events, PR, and social media. Work closely with the sales team on social media (LinkedIn) content promotion. Support PR activity for the region and, where agreed, work with the local PR agency in conjunction with the corporate PR team to achieve agreed PR targets. Work with relevant marketing and sales teams to develop regional local user stories, Going Digital Award submissions, news items, and press releases aligned to Go to Marketing plans and corporate marketing messaging. Support Corporate initiatives like Going Digital Award programs. Use reporting tools to communicate on performance and outcomes of marketing programs in a timely manner to Sales and Marketing stakeholders against agreed targets and performance metrics. Coordinate/manage Bentley Executive visits with local sales leadership and GTM leadership. Engage with the Digital Marketing Team for data acquisition, cleanup, and requirements for the local region. Work with Channel management on planned marketing programs in the region. What You Bring To The Team: 2+ years of B2B Marketing Experience required. BA or BS degree (MBA in marketing or related business degree preferred). Photoshop CS suite program skills and basic video editing skills are nice to have. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong English writing and communication skills required. Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work at all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as implement tactically. Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Highly motivated, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
